About the PositionWe're seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to join our care team, providing personalized care and support to our residents. As an Adult Care Worker Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to develop new skills and knowledge, while making a real difference in the lives of those we care for.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be caring, enthusiastic, and have energy to share. While experience is not essential, you'll require excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
