CV Library is seeking an experienced Governance Accounting Specialist to join our finance team as a Project Financial Controller. This role involves overseeing the financial aspects of our projects, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Governance Processes: Develop and maintain effective governance processes to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
  • Coordinate Financial Reviews: Conduct financial reviews and assess project risks and opportunities with the Project Director.
  • Manage Commercial Terms: Handle claims, insurance, and commercial agreements, ensuring proper follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Manage Currency and Tax Risks: Mitigate currency risks, bonds, guarantees, and tax obligations within the project.
  • Set Up and Close Projects: Oversee the setup and closure of project-related branches and ensure timely financial and tax reporting.
  • Support Audits: Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring accurate financial documentation.
  • Lead Project Teams: Supervise and develop Project Controllers and Site Controllers based on project needs.
Requirements and Benefits
