Key Responsibilities:- Deliver excellence in customer care and audiology services to Amplifon clients
- Administer hearing tests, assess client needs, and inform them of options available
- Provide aftercare services in line with the Amplifon aftercare program
- Manage the clinic with the support of a Customer Care Coordinator, including staff management
- Ensure the team provides a professional, courteous, and high-quality service
- Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC
- Exceptional standards of customer care and service
- Commercial sensitivity
- Strong computer literacy
- Action-oriented
- Strong analytical and judgment ability
- Effective communication style
- Numerate
- Organized and efficient with time
- Drive and tenacity
- Basic salary up to £40,000 p.a. depending on experience
- Uncapped Variable Pay
- Company Car OR Car Allowance of £3,000
