We're looking for a seasoned Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector. If you have a passion for building strong relationships, staying ahead of the curve on market trends, and identifying top talent, we want to hear from you.

 

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, staying up-to-date with industry news and salary benchmarks, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. If you're a motivated and dynamic individual with a talent for recruitment, we encourage you to apply.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our biopharmaceutical clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals and new sector expansion.
  • Identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and using various recruitment tools.
