We are a dynamic and entrepreneurial team at Global Life Science Hub, a US and Europe-focused headhunting firm founded in 2022. Our mission is to provide exceptional recruitment services to the biopharmaceutical industry, and we are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to help us achieve our goals.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our biopharmaceutical clients. You will conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations. You will also stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of biopharmaceutical clients.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with client organisations.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry news to offer consultative advice to clients and candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for client interviews, offering detailed feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business development goals and new sector expansion.
  • Actively identify and attract top talent through networking, headhunting, and using various recruitment tools.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong business development skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
