About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications Executive to join our Employee Benefits team at PIB Employee Benefits. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Marketing and Technology teams to deliver their key objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and schedule regular employee and employer communications from our technology platform, glo.
  • Proposition Content: Create engaging content to support partnership promotion across our platform (glo) and internally, such as brochures, technical documents, and templated copy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technology and partnership stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, appropriate, and on-brand.
  • Email Marketing: Draft and coordinate assets for email marketing campaigns around our thought leadership and proposition content.
  • Client Communications: Develop a client communications calendar and delivery of appropriate content.
  • Internal Communications: Own our internal communications activities across email, events, and ad hoc opportunities – at both a PIB EB level and within the wider PIB Group.
  • Case Studies: Work with business stakeholders to develop case studies.
  • Press Releases: Support with press release creation for new research or proposition development.
Essential Experience and Attributes
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and financial literacy.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and someone who can juggle multiple deadlines.
  • Relationship Building: Able to engage and build relationships internally and externally with various partners.
  • Initiative: Able to use own initiative and be proactive.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate; Excel, Word, Outlook. CRM skills advantageous (but training will be provided).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where each day is varied.
  • Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Attitude: Ambitious, driven, and shows initiative.
  • Positive Attitude: Positive attitude to learning and immersing in our industry and business.
Desirable Experience
  • Education: Degree or relevant experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Employee Benefits/General Insurance.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Understanding and awareness of compliance and FCA regulation.
