Senior Marketing and Communications Officer

RLM Communications, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing and Communications Officer to join their team. As a key member of the marketing and communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies to promote the company's brand and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to meet company objectives and budget.
  • Lead the development of key messages, brand language, and terminology across all media channels.
  • Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Oversee the design, production, and dissemination of marketing and communications collateral, including websites, social media, and print materials.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze the impact and effectiveness of marketing and communications efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing and communications efforts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, communications, PR, or advertising at a senior level.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience in writing for the web and social media.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make recommendations.
  • Experience with website, social media, and customer relationship management systems.
  • Commercial and strategic awareness, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
