Education Mentor for Special Needs Learners

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Education Mentor to join our team at Fleet Tutors, working with learners who require additional support due to special educational needs (SEN), such as ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, or Dyspraxia.
Job Summary: As an Education Mentor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized lessons that cater to the unique needs of each learner. Your primary goal is to help them progress academically and build their confidence.
About the Role:
- You will work one-to-one with learners in their own homes or schools, providing in-person tuition tailored to their individual requirements.
- Your key responsibilities include monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with parents, guardians, and schools to ensure academic success.
- Maintaining accurate session records through our virtual learning platform is also essential.

What You'll Need:
- Qualified Teacher Status required.
- A minimum of 6 months teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- A willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting learners with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
Compensation: £18-£30 per hour
