About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Involvement Centre Assistant. This is a part-time position, working 15 hours a week, Monday and Tuesday, 8am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Involvement Centre, including the cafe.
  • Set up and close down the Involvement Centre and cafe, providing a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Support the serving of refreshments and take cash and card transactions.
  • Show empathy and sensitivity to patients who visit from either the wards or community.
  • Support the small team of volunteers to provide an efficient and professional service at all times.
  • Carry out delegated administration activities.
  • Provide a timely and professional refreshments service to meetings in the Bradgate/Bennion Units.
  • Deputize in the role of taking the snack trolley around the Bradgate Unit wards as required.
