About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Involvement Centre Assistant to join our team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and cafe services to our patients and staff.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the Involvement Centre, including the cafe.
  • Set up and close down the Involvement Centre and cafe, providing a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Support the serving of refreshments and take cash and card transactions.
  • Show empathy and sensitivity to patients who visit from either the wards or community.
  • Support the small team of volunteers to provide an efficient and professional service at all times.
  • Carry out delegated administration activities.
  • Provide a timely and professional refreshments service to meetings in the Bradgate / Bennion Units.
  • Deputise in the role of taking the snack trolley around the Bradgate Unit wards as required.
