About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Involvement Centre Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative and cafe support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the Involvement Centre team
  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of the cafe, including setting up and closing down
  • Supporting the serving of refreshments and taking of cash and card transactions
  • Showing empathy and sensitivity to clients who visit from either the wards or community
  • Supporting the small team of volunteers to provide an efficient and professional service
  • Carrying out delegated administration activities
  • Providing a timely and professional refreshments service to meetings in the Bradgate / Bennion Units
