Job Title: Business Performance Leader

About the Company:

Chemist4U Group is an innovative e-commerce company seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to contribute to our growth.

Compensation Package:$140,000 - $170,000 per year, including salary and product discount

Job Summary:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Financial Modelling and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts.
    • Analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Prepare budgets and forecasts for business units.
    • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics.
    • Prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop financial models and budgets.
    • Support the development and implementation of long-term financial strategies.
    • Assess financial risk and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Perform in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Reporting and Data Insights:
    • Work with the Power BI developer to create and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
    • Provide timely and accurate financial information to management.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance productivity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems).
  • ERP system experience, preferably Microsoft Business Central 365 or Navision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
