Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our Aviemore team. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs in their own homes or within our community-based services.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Requirements
Candidates must have relevant experience in care and support, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Benefits
As a Community Support Worker, you will receive competitive salary benefits, including £21,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus access to comprehensive training and development opportunities.
