Responsibilities:

The Global HRIS Solutions Manager will collaborate with the Group Head of HRIS and other stakeholders to deliver business-critical Workday implementation and optimisation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply advanced Workday knowledge to support various implementation and improvement projects across the globe.

Be a subject matter expert on Workday Time and Attendance functionality, supporting existing configurations and developing amendments as needed.

Lead on configuration design and development for Workday-based initiatives, including data structures, business processes, time and attendance configuration, and security role design.

Create and manage EIB data loading strategies for rollouts and mass data initiatives.

Support key Workday clients and stakeholders throughout implementation, cutover, and support phases of initiatives.

Act as an escalation resource for BAU query support and cyclical process support.

Deliver system enhancements and manage cyclical Workday update processes and tenant maintenance processes.

Lead on implementation and design workshops as needed.

Support test phases by drafting and writing test scripts and using adjacent toolkits where applicable.

Build WD reports as per business requirements and in line with data strategy.
