We are recruiting for a Safeguarding Lead to join our team at Progressive Care UK Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable individuals in our care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a safeguarding culture across the organization
  • Implementing and reviewing safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Overseeing incident reporting and responding to safeguarding concerns
  • Supporting managers and staff on safeguarding matters
  • Liaising with external agencies
