Role Overview
We are seeking skilled and compassionate practitioners to join our team as Residential Practitioners. Working in a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative Edge of Care Services, focusing on early intervention and prevention. By providing intensive support packages to children and young people with complex needs, you will play a critical role in improving outcomes and enhancing the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and delivering individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of each child and young person
  • Collaborating with colleagues, partners, and families to create effective interventions and strategies
  • Engaging in systemic and joined-up approaches to ensure a seamless service centered around the child
  • Participating in staff training, supervision sessions, and team meetings to enhance practice and improve outcomes

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, psychology, or education
  • Proven experience working with children and young people who require specialist support
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
