Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital-first orchestrated journeys with next best actions to ensure positive outcomes for our members.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Commercial, Digital, and other internal stakeholders to create a clear platform and partnership strategy.
  • Identify and stake out territories where we have a right to win and for which our members need support and help.
  • Define, deliver, and sustain a compelling proposition roadmap and delivery pipeline across the AXA Health portfolio.
  • Embed an agile, customer-led way of working across the team, showcasing a digital-first approach to proposition development and care orchestration.
