**About the role**:
AXA Global Healthcare are looking for an experienced individual to join the business as Head of Product and Proposition Innovation. In this role you'll identify growth opportunities and needs for innovative product development in the international health insurance market to expand the portfolio. You'll acts as a principal project business lead for new product ideas in close collaboration with Distribution, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance, Operations, and Customer Service, as well as external partners.At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. **What you'll be doing**:

- Develop, execute, and manage the product innovation roadmap for AGH's offering.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess existing products and determine opportunities for upgrades or repositioning and market them correctly in line with risk and compliance guidelines.
- Create business cases for new product launches, including market sizing, revenue potential, and ROI analysis.
- Develop crisp and compelling value propositions for all International Health Insurance products and services, supported by solid customer insights.
- Work with Product Oversight team to monitor and evaluate product performance, making necessary adjustments based on customer feedback, market trends, and emerging risks.
- Maintain a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to new product development, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth on a global scale.
- Establish strong working relationships with external partners, clients, and other industry stakeholders across different markets and geographies.

**About you**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Innovation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product innovation, product marketing, business development, or a related role in the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven success in launching new products or services from ideation through launch on a global scale in a highly regulated environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed market research, identify global market gaps and opportunities, and develop clear insights that drive product innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, executives, clients, and partners across different markets and geographies.
- Strong focus on meeting customer needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences on a global scale.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team across different markets and geographies.
- Ability to maintain high levels of integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all aspects of work across different cultures, customs, and norms.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
