Senior Clinical Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Adult Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to adults in the community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals, providing face-to-face care to adults in their own homes. This role will be based in the Slough area, where our company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to adults in the community.
- Manage a caseload of adult patients, providing face-to-face care and coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
- Experience in adult nursing, preferably in a community setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
