Role Summary:

We are seeking a production specialist to join our team in Buckingham, where you will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the highest quality of products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work efficiently on the production line, following safety protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain high productivity levels, meeting targets and deadlines
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Schedule and Remuneration:

Monday to Thursday: 07:30-17:00, Friday: 07:30-11:30, Overtime available after 11:30, Saturday: Overtime from 07:00-12:00; Hourly rate: £11.44, Attendance bonus: 50p per hour (after 40 hours)
