Job Description

At Academics Ltd, we strive to provide a safe and nurturing space that meets the individual needs of each student. As a Special Needs Learning Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to create a supportive learning environment, assist students with autism in their day-to-day learning and social development, and help to promote positive behaviour in line with school policies.

Your estimated salary will be around £30,000-£40,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive pay rate, opportunities for further training and development, and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide tailored support to students with autism, assisting them in their day-to-day learning and social development
  2. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other staff to create a supportive learning environment
  3. Assist with behaviour management and promote positive behaviour in line with school policies
