Key Responsibilities

The Technical Account Executive will play a crucial role in providing expertise in personalized service, centralized support management, and customized proactive care to our customers. As a key representative of the NetApp Global Support Organization, you will work closely with customers, Sales, and Support Center teams to ensure seamless delivery of support services.

You will require excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in other languages being highly welcome. A strong technical understanding of storage and/or virtualization and/or network technology is essential, along with the ability to quickly acquire new technical knowledge.
