Job Description:



We are seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to join our Property Maintenance team in Ashington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs and associated multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties.



About the Role:




  • You will work closely with our teams to ensure that all electrical and multiskilled repairs are completed to the highest standard, meeting the needs of our customers.
  • As a Multiskilled Electrical Engineer, you will have a flexible approach and experience of working within a domestic and commercial property maintenance environment.
  • You will engage with all stakeholders of the service, acting as an Ambassador of Bernicia, promoting and endorsing the positive work that we do across our communities in the Bernicia way.


About You:



To be successful in this role, you will require a sound working knowledge of your trade discipline and exhibit sound knowledge of the wider building construction sector. You will hold a NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate qualifying you as an Electrician together with the 18th Edition, Testing & Inspection and a full driving licence.

Salary:



The estimated salary for this role is approximately £43,000 per annum, including standby payments, depending on experience.
