Job Description

As a Lead Client Accountable Executive, you'll be our trusted partner in building, maintaining, and leveraging relationships that drive top client performance and business growth for both Oracle and our clients. You'll develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders across regional health systems, working closely with senior leadership to oversee all Oracle-related engagements and opportunities.

You'll actively work with clients to demonstrate the benefits of digitalization and data, jointly developing referenceable case studies that highlight the impact on patients and caregivers through improved care delivery. Your role will involve planning and leading strategic road mapping sessions, proposing solutions tailored to clients' needs, and supporting them through robust cases articulating return on investment, value, and benefits.

Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 6 years additional relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, or HCIT consulting
  • Experience building relationships with NHS Trust Executive Board members or similar, and senior clinicians
  • Experience working with electronic patient records
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with Cerner Millennium
  • Experience working with Population Health Management systems and executing strategy
Expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
