Nursing Team Lead

Spire Tunbridge Wells Hospital is a world-class healthcare provider offering fast access to high-quality care. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Surgical Nursing team.
The successful candidate will work closely with our consultant team to provide individualised nursing care and procedures, adhering to hospital policies and procedures at all times.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth and development within a respected private hospital group. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating on a daily basis, troubleshooting and raising concerns to the Ward Manager, and supporting the nursing team and students.
We offer a competitive salary of £43,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 35 days annual leave, employer and employee contributory pension, and private medical insurance.
To be considered for this role, you should be NMC registered, have a minimum of 1 year senior nursing experience, and possess excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and autonomous decision-making skills.
