About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Broadwick Soho. As a key member of our housekeeping leadership, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the housekeeping leadership in maintaining consistency and excellence in cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care.
  • Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless delivery of services and a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and a seamless guest experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements
  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Your charisma, individuality, and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues, and the senior leadership team.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends.
