Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

At The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush, we're looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms are always clean and well-presented, and that our hotel is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results
  • Oversee the cleaning and servicing of all guest rooms and public areas
  • Work closely with the Head Housekeeper to maintain and develop partnerships with external housekeeping providers
  • Train and support team members to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all hotel areas
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally at Supervisor level
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot standards issues
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Experience of Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk operating system
