Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Hoxton Shepherd's Bush. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results
  • Oversee the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Head Housekeeper to maintain and develop partnerships with external housekeeping providers
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with a year of supervision experience
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera or similar front desk operating systems
