About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Housing Assistant Professional to join our Income Collections Team at Home Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and protecting our income.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to manage and resolve income collection issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Utilize technology to navigate our systems and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including housing managers and customer service centre colleagues.
Requirements
- A positive attitude, with a proactive and organized approach to work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Confidence in using technology to navigate our systems and update customer records.
- A basic understanding of housing management, housing law, and universal credit, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
