We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Akari Care. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall management of our care home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care and support.
You will lead a team of healthcare professionals, guiding and coaching them to deliver exceptional results and maintain the highest standards of care. Your leadership skills will be essential in motivating and inspiring your team to achieve their full potential.
As a Deputy Manager, you will have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector and possess a minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care. Your experience in managing or leading a team will be valuable assets in this role. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
