Job Title: Aerospace & Defence Business Development Manager

This role is a key part of our commercial team, responsible for building on our excellent reputation in the UK and Ireland. As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities for our company, while maintaining relationships and retaining our current customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a new business strategy for our company, identifying sectors, markets, and customers to pursue.
  • Accurately report on the sales pipeline, ensuring our CRM system accurately reflects our performance at all times.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement to ensure efficient supply chain operation, identify collaborative opportunities to drive value, and promote contract maximization.
  • Ensure account balances are accurately managed, high service levels are maintained or exceeded, and customer satisfaction is enhanced while maximizing all opportunities within the commercial framework.
