We are seeking a Business Processing Coordinator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Horsham. This role will involve supporting Financial Advisers with all areas of administration, including business processing and client liaison.

Job Requirements:

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent organisational and time management skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Financial Planning role and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide administrative support to the Financial Adviser team

The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
