Job Title: Senior Operations Analyst, Liquid Credit

Hayfin Capital Management is a leading alternative asset management firm with a strong presence in the global market. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our Liquid Credit Team.

About the Role

The Senior Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Liquid Credit Team in delivering high-quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our liquid credit business, including managing cash ladders, settlements, and corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cash ladders and settlements for our liquid credit business
  • Coordinate corporate actions and credit events
  • Oversee the servicing of assets within our funds, including administration, reporting, and compliance
  • Handle payment processing and approvals
  • Perform daily cash and position reconciliations
  • Respond to internal and external stakeholders' queries and requests
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and oversee their performance
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of data processed by our team
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with primary and secondary loans, as an administrator or buy-side operations
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Finance or related discipline
  • Strong operational knowledge and technical skills, including data visualization tools and systems applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a complex environment and prioritize tasks effectively
