About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Pastoral Support Worker to join our team at CHES Academy. The successful candidate will be a passionate advocate for young people with additional needs, embodying the Trust's values and demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to make a positive impact on students with diverse needs. They will work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team and the Pastoral Support Manager to provide a 'whole family' approach, focusing on the strengths within the family and promoting consistent school attendance and engagement with education.

About CHES Academy

CHES Academy is a medical provision academy that provides education for children and young people with complex medical and/or mental health needs. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality education, ensuring our students are thoroughly prepared for the next stage in their learning journey. Our pedagogy is centered around personalisation, with a bespoke curriculum and programmes tailored to meet individual needs.
