About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Advance. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene as required
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support with preparing and cooking meals
  • Accompany customers to medical appointments
  • Support with social activities
  • Help customers develop independent skills
  • Assist with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as required
