Job Title: Internal Communications Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Communications Executive to join our team at Williams Racing. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and impactful internal communications to our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal communications strategies to connect employees to the business strategy, values, and behaviours.
  • Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communications mediums, including our intranet, digital channels, and internal communication events.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across the business to increase frontline engagement and develop content for regular internal communications.
  • Support key internal communication projects and change initiatives.
  • Help build a content calendar that supports the delivery of multiple streams of content and events across all channels.
  • Support key internal communications events, such as regular race debriefs, all-staff town halls, and staff engagement activities.
  • Provide support to the internal communications manager during crisis situations that affect organisational perception and reputation.
  • Use audience insight and analytics to drive our IC strategy, channel selection, content calendar, and messaging for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience of developing and delivering corporate employee/internal communications.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with strong English language writing and editing abilities.
  • Ability to develop and deliver communications that support a wide range of challenges.
  • Highly organised with previous experience of prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience of creating and delivering content via digital internal communications channels.
  • Experience of organising and producing employee events.
