Job Title: Internal Communications Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Communications Executive to join our team at Williams Racing. As a key member of our Internal Communications team, you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and impactful internal communications to our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies to connect employees to the business strategy, values, and behaviours.
  • Plan, edit, and write content for various internal communications mediums, including our intranet, digital channels, and internal communication events.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to increase frontline engagement and develop content for regular internal communications.
  • Support key internal communication projects and change initiatives.
  • Help build a content calendar that supports the delivery of multiple streams of content and events across all channels.
  • Support internal communications events, such as regular race debriefs, all-staff town halls, and staff engagement activities.
  • Provide support during crisis situations that affect organisational perception and reputation.
  • Use audience insight and analytics to drive our IC strategy, channel selection, content calendar, and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and delivering corporate employee/internal communications.
  • Excellent English language writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor complex content to different audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in creating and delivering content via digital internal communications channels.
  • Experience in organising and producing employee events.
  • Ability to work at pace, adapt to change, and manage competing priorities.
