Key Responsibilities:

  • Accreditation Management: Manage our company's Accreditation scheme and collaborate with third-party providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Sustainability Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date sustainability data for accreditation and inspection purposes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance sustainability efforts and implement process improvements to drive environmental excellence.
  • Environmental Strategy Development: Support the development of our environmental strategy and contribute to carbon reporting initiatives.
  • Sustainability Champion: Lead our Sustainability Champion group, focusing on waste reduction, energy conservation, water management, and biodiversity initiatives.
  • Project Management: Collaborate on new projects and manage sustainability-related queries and concerns.
  • Internal Communications: Engage with staff and communicate our sustainability story to internal stakeholders and the industry at large.

Requirements:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in environmental, sustainability, and CSR roles, as well as product development and project management skills. As a Sustainability Executive at Recruitment Solutions, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) and a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with 1-2 days in the office and the remainder working from home.
