SEND Support Assistants

We are seeking experienced individuals to work as SEND Support Assistants in a school located in Kings Lynn. The role involves supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition/ ASC, Specific Learning Disability/ SLD, and medical needs under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Working collaboratively with the classroom teacher and other support staff
- Assisting with lesson planning and implementation
