Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a safe, warm, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Support the development and delivery of engaging play activities tailored to children's age, stage, ability, and cultural background.
  • Observe, assess, and review individual developmental milestones, planning next steps and sharing records with families.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children aged 0-8 in a relevant environment or similar setting.
  • Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Experience in record keeping.
