Individual Giving Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Charity Community Fundraiser to join our team at Pearson Whiffin Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of individual giving strategies.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and be able to develop and implement effective plans to grow our donor base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individual giving strategies to grow our donor base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and supporters.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and KPIs to inform future fundraising strategies.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of fundraising success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
