Job DescriptionThis exciting opportunity is for a full-time Peer Support Practitioner to join our FOLS team based at TGU Unit in Maidstone. The role involves providing support to individuals within the service, by role modelling and using lived experience.
The post holder will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, consisting of support workers, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, junior doctors, and consultants. The main purpose of this role is to help service users establish greater control over their lives, identifying aspects that give meaning, hope, value, and purpose.
