Job Description

Our client is a dynamic and successful food manufacturing business based in Fife, dedicated to producing high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations. As a Food Industry Technical Director, you will be responsible for managing quality assurance and compliance, inspiring and motivating the NPD, Innovation and Technical teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Managing quality assurance and compliance including audits.
  2. Inspiring, motivating and leading the NPD, Innovation and Technical teams.
  3. Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  4. Collaborating with the senior team and your peers to ensure all technical outputs are of the highest standard.
  5. Driving a customer focus culture, putting internal and external customers at the heart of all actions and decisions.
About You

You are an experienced Technical Leader within the food industry. You are an expert in food safety and quality. You are ambitious and focused on your own and your team's development. You are a leader who is passionate about creating a culture of high performance and success.

Salary and Benefits

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes a competitive salary, excellent training and development opportunities, and a chance to work for a dynamic and successful food manufacturing business.
