Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer to join our client's busy and rapidly growing Private Client Department in Helston. As part of their team, you will provide comprehensive legal services to clients, managing various private client matters. Key responsibilities include drafting wills, administering estates, and preparing Lasting Power of Attorneys (LPAs), handling a diverse caseload from initial instruction to completion, and ensuring excellent communication and building strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive background
  • Proven expertise in will drafting, estate administration, and LPAs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex caseloads
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
