This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic sales team as a Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering sales lines and responding to new prospects, existing clients, and surveyors
- Managing surveyor queries and booking appointments
- Coordinating between management and sales teams
- Producing quotations on Word and PDF
- Following up with clients regarding outstanding quotations
- Logging, booking, and costing ad-hoc job work
- Staying in regular contact with surveyors to provide support and update their dashboards
- Creating purchase orders
- Managing emails from the sales inbox
- Proofing and collecting payments for domestic job work
- Setting up new clients on the system
- Tender management with Sales Managers
- Producing PowerPoint presentations for Sales Management
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in sales administration is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in sales administration
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Experience in customer service roles
- Familiarity with IT tools relevant to sales administration
