Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this role will also involve collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer on various strategic projects. You will provide proactive support to our Core and Senior Leadership Teams, specifically in relation to strategic matters. Your role will include defining business requirements and communicating them effectively to relevant stakeholders.

You will play a crucial role in executing projects through thorough and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting financial modeling for new product developments, export growth strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Engaging in ongoing strategic planning for export growth in international markets
  • Contributing to new organizational initiatives through financial modeling support
  • Assisting the Finance Director with various ad hoc modeling projects
  • Evaluating potential new sectors and geographies for existing products

These responsibilities will be supported by the following activities:

  • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to understand project needs
  • Conducting research to identify barriers and opportunities related to proposed plans
  • Assessing risks and the competitive landscape, including regulatory considerations
  • Utilizing data modeling techniques to analyze findings and formulate recommendations
  • Providing strategic recommendations to optimize profitability while aligning with organizational goals
  • Assisting in the execution of Continuous Improvement Projects, identifying process deficiencies
  • Monitoring project performance post-implementation to ensure alignment with initial evaluations

As our organization evolves, additional opportunities for analysis and insight will arise. The Business Partner – Special Projects will develop models and plans in collaboration with stakeholders to support organizational decision-making. This role will also involve reviewing internal processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
