Customer Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team at a modern Contact Centre in Ringwood, Hampshire. As a hybrid role, you will be trained in the office for 2-3 weeks before transitioning to a mix of office and remote work.

About the Role

The primary focus of this position is to assist customers with online enquiries and purchases of luxury chocolates and confectionery from a top UK company. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and making sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Assist customers with online enquiries and purchases
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
