Children's Mental Health Service Manager

Map Room is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Children's Mental Health Service Manager to lead our team in providing expert treatment for a range of mental health conditions and addictions. As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality in our services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a culture where the highest standards are consistently delivered.
- Promote and lead on improvements and innovation in the delivery of our services.
- Chair the monthly Clinical Governance Meetings and quarterly Medical Advisory Committee meetings with the support of the Medical Director.
- Work closely with the HR function to establish and direct a recruitment and retention plan.
- Manage turnover and agency spend while promoting staff engagement.
Candidates will have extensive experience working at a senior level, preferably within a similar setting, with operational and financial planning experience. Additionally, candidates will be expected to have experience of commercial accountability regarding cost control and financial performance. Extensive managerial and leadership experience is essential, along with a thorough understanding of developing services for healthcare and a strong record of accomplishment and innovation.
