About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Portfolio Manager to join our team at Dalkia UK. As an Asset Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' assets, ensuring they are properly tracked and coordinated within our CAFM system AURORA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand their asset management needs and develop strategies to meet their long-term goals.
  • Generate strategic reports to track asset wealth management and identify investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain asset portfolios, both internal and external, for all client assets.
  • Monitor client portfolios periodically and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Liaise with auditors, property managers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze and predict future economic trends and their impact on client asset management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working as an asset manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well without supervision and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 package suite.
