At EDF UK, we're seeking a talented System Engineer to join our team at Sizewell B Power Station. As a System Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in improving the safety and reliability of our plant, developing short to long-term improvement strategies, and defining the maintenance policy on key operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining the maintenance and management strategy of plant systems
  • Carrying out inspections and assessments on station assets and regular reliability reviews
  • Managing the equipment reliability and maintenance policy, ensuring that compliance is achieved in line with the highest safety standards
  • Working alongside project professionals to deliver capital investment schemes to improve your plant

Requirements:

  • Relevant HNC (or equivalent) and a background in a regulated high hazard environment or similar industry
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work under own initiative and drive the strategy for designated systems
